Dustin Stucki

MY GOALS

I love family law and I love my clients. I was a family therapist before becoming a family law attorney. I chose these careers because I enjoy improving the lives of my clients suffering through vulnerable and emotional experiences. I know the stress that family disputes cause.  In my law practice, I strive to understand what my clients are going through and help them through this difficult phase in their life. I am proud to help make divorce and custody issues less traumatic for couples, parents, and especially children.

MY EDUCATION

I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2003.  In 2005 I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. After years of providing therapy to couples, families, and children suffering from the emotional toil of family disputes, I entered the legal field. I earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.

MY LIFE

I have an amazing wife and two super adventurous daughters who continuously energize me. We love camping, backpacking, kayaking, and doing anything fun. We find happiness in our family activities, serving others, and participating in our church.
