I highly recommend Michele Garfinkel

I have worked with many attorneys that specialize in various areas of expertise during the span of my career and also on a personal level. Michele is a true professional and is very up to date with the bankruptcy laws and procedures. An added plus to her credit is that she is also very personable a...nd cares about her clients. If one is in need of a knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney, I would recommend Michele Garfinkel without hesitation.

Bankruptcy

She was very understanding and very direct. She explained the law that helped me understand. She also made many efforts in confronting my creditors, so I did not have to. I am very greatful to her.

Lifesaver

I work with attorneys everyday. Michele is the epitomy of a professional, knowledgeable, caring person. I would recommend her to anyone that ends up in the position I did after my husband passed. Thanks for financial independence

I've worked with many attorneys throughout my career and must say I was hesitant to even meet with Michele. Most attorneys tend to be arrogant and intimidating, but not Michele. She was so easy to talk with and really educated me about my options in a simplified way. I sensed right away she stays edu...cated on the current laws She addressed all my concerns and never pressured me to make a decision. I agreed to file my petition and it was much easier than I thought thanks to Michele. Now, I'm starting over on the right foot. I've referred clients to Michele as way to say thank you.

Ms. Garfinkel changed my life!

Ms. Garfinkel was honest, personable and down to earth since our first meeting. Ms. Garfinkel knowledge of the legal system was vast, and she was always realistic with me about my case.
