Buddy was referred to me when I had 48 hours to hire legal assistance. I talked to 2 other attorneys before him and to be honest, they gave me really crappy advice and didn't even seem to listen to me. Buddy was not only extremely, extremely thorough but he was willing to take multiple phone calls (l...ate at night AND on the weekends) to help me out and explain to me what was going. I can't say enough good things about Buddy from his integrity, quick wit, and overall passion he has for helping clients. Buddy (Wm) Pohl is a man of rare courage, excellent legal skills and we have seen him to be an all around decent human being of high moral standards. We found Buddy after a long search for a very difficult, complex case being heard in a hostile courtroom. Buddy documented the issues and holes in ...the government agencies arguements, and negotiated passionately in our best interests. Considering the huge complexities stacked against us, Buddy was able to create a miracle through his fair and aggressive advocacy. Whenever we observed his work, he was politely assertive with the court as well as opposing counsel. He wasn't afraid to confront them when they were clearly wrong. He proudly fought for the underdog. In every sense of the word. Buddy Pohl is a hero. We recommend him with the highest of accolades both as a lawyer and as a decent human being. As ar as we are concerned, he singlehandedly removes the aspersions cast upon the legal profession. Would that all attorneys could be like him. Seriously.
