There are very few "bigger deals" in life than Child Custody Matters. After interviewing several attorneys, many high powered, high dollar attorneys, it was Joe Hoffman who I chose to represent me in court. After researching this lawyer, I decided to schedule a consultation with him as he claims to be a Family Law Specialist. Although I wanted to meet with Mr. Hoffman himself, I was scheduled with Ms. Himovitz, who I was assured worked closely with Mr. Hoffman. I met with Ms. Himovitz for an hour, exp...lained the facts of my case (which she had no direct experience with) and was told she would have to meet with Mr. Hoffman when he returned the next week and would be following up with me. I never received a follow up phone call or information that i was assured she would provide me. I have absolutely no intention of handing over thousands and thousands of dollars to a law firm that can not even follow through on an initial consultation which I paid for or provide the specialized services that I requested.
