THE BEST EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY IN SACRAMENTO HANDS DOWN!!!

I was being cheated out of my own money from my employer, I didn’t know what steps I needed to take in order for me to regain my hard earned funds, so I took about 15 minutes out of my day & posted the just of my situation on AVVO’s website. Gary Basham was the first employment attorney to reply to m...y thread, he explained in-depth detail of the laws my employer had broken & my naturalized rights I was entitled to as a w2 contracted employee. He also sent me his contact information & provided me with a free consultation to go over every single fact of the case. There after, this great man picked my case up on a contingency plan & no money out of my pocket. 5 months later, my employer settled the case in my favor. I was completely satisfied with all steps he took to have this matter consolidated in a fast manner. I would recommend him to any employee being wronged by their employer. IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE A CASE, DON’T HESITATE & GIVE HIM A CALL NOW !!!

Knowledgeable and Professional

After a year of working with Gary my case was finally settled. Throughout the whole process he kept me informed of everything going on. I always felt confident in the end and it went beyond my expectations. He was knowledgeable enough to see issues in my case that I did not consider resulting in a b...enefit for me.

Putting My Faith in Gary Basham Paid off

I was distraught and upset when I first talked with Gary. I felt I had been terminated unfairly and had been retaliated agianst by my employer. A friend of mine had recommended I at least talk to a lawyer for some professional advise. Gary listened to my situation and was able to discern that I did h...ave a case and what I needed to get my case started. Gary Basham and his colleagues are top notch. They listed to me and told my story accurately and with intregrity. They didn't over inflate the billing and kept great records during my case. They supported me through out the process. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Gary Basham and his associates.

Knowledge + Skill + Experience is Key!

There are many knowledgeable attorneys in this area to choose from, however it is the performance and skills of the Basham Law Group including their knowledge that I was fortunate enough to benefit from due to an employment dispute this past year. When the need arose to seek legal counsel, I searc...hed for a law group with experience, 25 years experience was a real plus. From the first consultation with Gary Basham and his legal staff, I knew I was sitting in front of a skilled and ethical law group and they did not disappoint. Every call and I mean every call was returned immediately. Every detail of the case was explained until complete understanding on my part. I concurred with all of their advice and they were spot on in their directions. Obviously, I sincerely recommend Basham Law Group, you will be extremely pleased with them as well.
