SUPERIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

As events in life sometimes happen, I was forced to obtain legal counsel for a two year period recently which was the last thing I would ever want. However, at least I had Carol Fauerbach in my corner. From the onset of my initial consultation, I knew Carol truly cared for my difficult situation and ...those impacted by it. I was impressed at Carol's level of knowledge and her forthrightness to not “B.S.” me in the one or two times questions were unanswered. Carol has entirely too much integrity to provide incorrect answers to questions or B.S. through a situation. Her tenacity to see things through was superior. As a retired US Marine, I am used to tenacity on the battlefield. Carol brings her own brand of tenacity to her work which rapidly earned my respect and appreciation and throughout our process together. Carol was the consummate professional ensuring I had been fully informed of all aspects of the case and helped me devise a plan moving forward. As my matter was ham-stringed with a larger than normal geographic separation, Carol was able to explain matters to me over the phone in a clear and concise manner which greatly assisted my overall decision making process. This also saved me money and time in travel expenses which is another aspect of Carol's services I truly appreciated. Carol was not out to nickel and dime me. She always had several options for the way forward which considered my desired end state, time, expense, and likely success. In the end, Carol helped me reach a conclusion that was appropriate for my situation and I could not have done it without her. Should I ever need representation again, I will seek her out immediately.

Estate Planning

We met with Carol to develop a comprehensive estate plan. This is the first time we tried to put one in place. Carol met with us in a timely manner. She explained the components of the plan and costs involved. She made sure we understood each component and discussed implications of our decisions.... She had the entire plan completed in less than 2 weeks from our initial meeting. She had captured our wishes accurately and discussed the final plan in detail including next steps for us to take. We would highly recommend her and will use her in the future as needed.

Carol did an excellent job

This was our first time using Carol to handle our revocable living trust. She did an excellent job restating it and knows the trust laws inside and out. We plan on using her again in the future.

Great Job!

Carol does excellent work. She not only did a great job creating our wills and trust she thoroughly explained everything about them. She is professional and very friendly. We felt very comfortable working with her I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Creating our living will and family trust

Carol was very helpful in completing our wills and making sure our wishes will be followed and she took lots of personal time making sure we understood what the Legal aspect was to each step or decision we were making and never rushed spending hours with us so we could totally understand the process ...if it came into play in the future. Carol made an otherwise painful job and subject matter go very painless and easy for us. I would highly recommend Carol when you need a will or living trust plan for your family. Her staff were wonderful and helpful as well. No complaints here.
