Ms. Fauerbach and her Staff were great. Met with Ms. Fauerbach twice. The first meeting was a fact-finding session, where she explained her services and her fees. Also, disclosed what my estate included (who, what and where). Ms. Fauerbach questions where probative while explaining the need for the information. The second meeting included a complete review of the Estate Plan she created. The office sent a "draft" of my trust and invited me to call or email her with any questions. Ms. Fauerbach called me and addressed my questions satisfactorily. The 2nd meeting she went over the entire trust section by section. Finally, advising me on what to do next. A busy practice; she paid attention to the detail and allowed me to feel that I was her only client. Office and staff is friendly, warm and inviting. I enjoyed the experience.

It isn't an easy thing to do, setting up an estate trust, but Carol made it easy and painless for us, and provided us with a very quick turnaround on the trust.
