Carol A. Fauerbach

Ms. Fauerbach and her Staff were great. Met with Ms. Fauerbach twice. The first meeting was a fact-finding session, where she explained her services and her fees. Also, disclosed what my estate included (who, what and where). Ms. Fauerbach questions where probative while explaining the need for th...e information. The second meeting included a complete review of the Estate Plan she created. The office sent a "draft" of my trust and invited me to call or email her with any questions. Ms. Fauerbach called me and addressed my questions satisfactorily. The 2nd meeting she went over the entire trust section by section. Finally, advising me on what to do next. A busy practice; she paid attention to the detail and allowed me to feel that I was her only client. Office and staff is friendly, warm and inviting. I enjoyed the experience.

I met with Carol for a Living Will. I was anxious at first and had been told how difficult it is to find a reputable, knowledgeable lawyer who has impeccable integrity. Well, Carol has all of these qualities and more! She works at 'warp' speed and is excellent with every detail. She listens to ...your desires and implements them directly relevant to your concerns and according to the law. I would use her again concerning any legal matter!

We met with Carol to develop a comprehensive estate plan. This is the first time we tried to put one in place. Carol met with us in a timely manner. She explained the components of the plan and costs involved. She made sure we understood each component and discussed implications of our decisions.... She had the entire plan completed in less than 2 weeks from our initial meeting. She had captured our wishes accurately and discussed the final plan in detail including next steps for us to take. We would highly recommend her and will use her in the future as needed.
