Ms. Fauerbach and her Staff were great. Met with Ms. Fauerbach twice. The first meeting was a fact-finding session, where she explained her services and her fees. Also, disclosed what my estate included (who, what and where). Ms. Fauerbach questions where probative while explaining the need for th...e information. The second meeting included a complete review of the Estate Plan she created. The office sent a "draft" of my trust and invited me to call or email her with any questions. Ms. Fauerbach called me and addressed my questions satisfactorily. The 2nd meeting she went over the entire trust section by section. Finally, advising me on what to do next. A busy practice; she paid attention to the detail and allowed me to feel that I was her only client. Office and staff is friendly, warm and inviting. I enjoyed the experience.

As Carol said, if you don't do your estate planning during a pandemic, what could motivate you more? Carol was wonderful to work with. We did all of our meetings via Zoom and that went very well. She asked a set of very thorough questions and then patiently waited for us to come back with the answers.... She educated us and walked us through the process, explaining each step along the way. She was very helpful when we were confused or unsure about difficult decisions, and we always felt she had our best interest at heart. She was prompt to all appointments and quick to respond to email, and extremely flexible. The last appointment was at her office which she was able to move outdoors with social distancing, because we needed to be physically present to sign documents. It isn't an easy thing to do, setting up an estate trust, but Carol made it easy and painless for us, and provided us with a very quick turnaround on the trust. We couldn't be happier about our choice to use Carol as our attorney.
