Had to wait for 30 min for them to be sure they took payment from me and only after he started the "consultation". On each question he starts with "I don't know " and googles the info I already googled. Felt like he is a lawyer of my separated husband rather then mine, I never felt so humiliated by t...he comments from him. 0 empathy. He looked absolutely bored and tired of me.
