I would like to take a moment to let you know some of the merits of working with Beck Law. I went through a long protracted battle for divorce and custody largely due to the noncooperation of my soon-to-be ex and his attorney. Beck Law was there the entire way. They provided quality advice and genuin...ely cared about my well-being. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to offer you a nice soft chair, water, a cup of coffee, a box of tissues or whatever else you need to get through whatever you’re going through. There were some difficult times during my divorce including my ex pushing a domestic confrontation by staking out in front of my mother’s home where I was staying at the time. On that particular morning I called Jarin who happened to be asleep in an earlier time zone on vacation with his family but he answered his phone and helped me. This is the kind of attorney I want to work with. Someone I can get in touch with when things are truly urgent who will help me avoid a potential catastrophe. I received help to get my cell phone account out from under my ex and remove the stalker tracker he had placed on my phone because it was on the same account. Dan supported my first four-way meeting with my ex and his attorney. It was an emotionally tense hour but with Dan’s support, we moved things forward providing the pathway to documentation of the situation I was facing. Jarin and Dan’s support and guidance helped me keep majority custody of my daughter for two years until my ex could address his problematic relationship with alcohol, the anger management course ordered by the court and get his stuff together so he could work towards being a safe and healthy Father for our daughter.
