I have been helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams for over 30 years. I enjoy working with business owners, whether it is to start up a new business or to improve a long existing business. I can help you to plan your new business entity, and provide personal legal advice concerning the best way to structure your business. I can also advise you regarding how to protect yourself from liability as a business owner by creating a Limited Liability Company or Corporate entity for your business. I work with business owners to settle disputes that may arise between them. I regularly nandle all legal issues as general outside counsel for many of my business clients.
