Maria is extremely professional and knowledgeable with regards to estate and tax planning. My family utilized her services specifically for estate planning purposes; updating wills, our living trust and healthcare documents. While I am somewhat versed in these areas, we fell negligibly behind in maintaining and updating these important documents. Maria stepped in and guided the process quickly and painlessly. This is not an easy task, given that no one really enjoys the process and often puts it off as long as possible. So, we really appreciated the extra push to get these important pieces of our financial lives up to date. And, everything was done with a smile on her part. Thank you Maria!

Very positive experience developing a living trust with Ms. Matan
Ms. Matan is professional and knowledgeable about estate law. I will refer her to friends and associates. She has a very reasonable fee for a single person, such as myself. Ms. Matan understands unusual family situations and knows how to handle them, such as disinheriting a child. The entire process was easy and casual, with frequent explanations and discussions along the way. Of major importance to me was Ms. Matan's request that I carefully review all the documents while in draft form, to avoid any problems. The Petaluma office of Ms. Matan is convenient for me in the Sheraton Hotel complex, at #101 and Lakeville.
