Do not use this Lawyer if you like communication. I talked to this guy maybe 3 times during my case. He doesnt returned phone calls,he didn't even show up to my first court appearance. The only way I knew he didnt come to my first case was because I did. Imagine being in court that you paid top dolla...r for and he wasn't there. I lost $1300 because I took the day of of work. I had to reschedule. On the second court date, he came last second and didn't even know my name.I paid him $4000 and all I did was accept what court offered. I could have done that myself. I got no money back from him and he didn't even do anything. His office in Modesto looks like crap also. Biggest mistake I ever did. I should have gotten another lawyer to sue him for my money back. This guy does bad buisness.

Through this ongoing battle Mr Roth has been absolutely accessible whether via email, phone or thru his law office assistant, Sunny. Ryan has been able to keep me working, a circumstance I would probably not be in if I did not appoint Ryan as my attorney. Ryan takes the time to answer questions and... assures you understand what is going on and what to expect. Although it is a continued battle without Ryan I would probably not be able to hurdle some of the court processes alone. Again Ryan has made it possible for me to continue working where I am the primary financial provider for my family.
