I was charged with a few crimes in 2014 and Meyers was appointed my attorney. Since the first time i met him he asked me to wave time and he never came up with a defense. He told me no matter what id do double digits. He never tried just went along with the DA and i got 14 years. I was in county 18 m...onths waiting for him to help, he had me wave my speedy trial and got me charged consecutive one case after another i even got charged with 459 2nd and 496 A on the same case 8 mo consecutive to 8 mo which is illegal i either stole it or received it he didn't care. i wouldn't recommend him to any one. i even tried to get him to help with prop 47 while inside and he said my services with him were over!!!! He was my lawyer i needed him to file the paper work but NO. this is just my experience with him. id never recommend him. Sorry.....

I will hire Mr. Myer over anyone else. I hired him twice for my son and I got great results and prompt service. He kept me well informed and he did not give any false hopes. Other law firms I talked to were not up front or helpful at all. They also wanted to nickel and dime me for every little thing ...and have hidden charges. Mr. Myer did not do anything like that. I hired Mr Meyer towards the beginning of march 2013 I had 3 duis that I had got first was in 2004 which was done but had 2 back to back in 2007 I hired mr Meyer for the 2. I had already pleaded in one in sacramento but had not completed my sentence and my Modesto case I had never gone to court on it.... After just about a month he was able to get my 5 year old case in Modesto dismissed erased off my record. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. It was a burden lifted off my shoulders.for my sacramento case the warrant type was like impossible to lift so mr Meyer was unable to help much here, so I hired a sacramento attorney that fixed it. Today is now may 27th and after being sober since my last dui in November 2007 I just got my restricted license. I am very thankful to mr Meyer greatly for my Modesto case and would recommend him for any Modesto matters.
