I am one of a handful of Certified Family Law Specialists in the Stanislaus and San Joaquin area. Family law is my favorite area of the law as I greatly enjoy the ability to help people navigate through the court process. I know that I go to court every day but that my clients don't. I understand that this process can be overwhelming and often, emotionally driven. My job is to be certain that my clients understand best case scenarios and worst case scenarios so that they can make smart decisions that will positively benefit them in the long-run. I am naturally honest, sometimes brutally honest. I am a small-business owner, a wife, a mom and part of a blended family. I love technology and I use it to maintain the best level of communication with my clients possible. My clients are almost entirely referral based due to my reputation in this area as a strong advocate with a very specialized knowledge of family law and our local judges.

DCSS can be a nightmare without an attorney
Lindsey came highly recommended. I had a big child support problem. Each time I went to court, it kept getting higher and higher and I couldn't pay it. Lindsey got it to go down...waaaaaaay down. She really knows her stuff and understands how DCSS works (or doesn't work).
