In 2019 I was forced into a guardianship battle for my 3 children do to my unhealthy habits and life style. From the moment the guardianship happened I decided I needed to make a huge life change and I started working on myself and situation to be able to bring my kids home to me. As I did everything... that was Iasked to do and then some it seemed like I was not getting anywhere. So I decided it was time to reach out for help and I found Lindsay Bannerman who took my case and guided and explained every step that was taking place and how to go about it. Within a short time I'm happly able to say my children get to come home!!!

L. Bannerman was the first attorney I hired to make modifications to my current child custody paperwork. I had reviewed Avvo prior and saw the amazing reviews and experience and was hopeful that her legal team could lend a helping hand in representation and aid in pulling the emotional stress off of ...my shoulders that often plays hand in hand with separations. I hired Lindsey in Jan 2020 with the understanding that having our paperwork updated by June of 2020 was an easy goal. Lindsey and her staff have extremely poor communication skills and lack professionalism. I tried contacting Lindsey several times for an update within a 3 month span and received only two court forms from her paralegal that were completely off base from our original requests. The information was so far fetched that I was sure her office had my case mixed with someone else's while creating the documents. I tried correcting the forms and still, over a month later they were sent to me again with only a few words changed and still completely off base. I attempted to arrange a Zoom, Face Time, or in person meeting to help alleviate the miscommunication and had no response or acknowledgement from anyone in her law firm. I paid a hefty price to obtain her as a lawyer and then could not get in contact with her after. It is now May of 2020 and I have taken absolutely no steps forward in updating my custody paperwork and have set a fire under the father's bum that I am hiring an attorney and seeking change. Lindsey wasted a large portion of money I saved to better my child's future and gave me nothing back to show for it. Her office staff were terrible and only when I decided to dismiss her as counsel did her paralegal immediately send me paperwork to sign for her removal and advise that I will get an invoice for the expenses her staff used. I do not recommend her law firm and have since then taken my services to a new law firm. If you are looking for a law firm that communicates with you, is efficient and effective, and handles your case as if it were their own family involved, I HIGHLY recommend you seek services elsewhere.

At an extremely emotional and scary time in our lives Im so thankful another Attorney pointed us in Lindsey Bannerman's direction.
