I hired this attorney for my son he has done nothing but postpone his dates 3x. I have called his office several times ,with no response back. My son states that he has treated my son like a criminal. He told us the district attorney handling the case was evil and didnt trust her. Well it sad i cant ...even trust him. What a big mistake. Please dont do the same.

I wanted to put NO stars but that wasn't an option. I hired Mr McAllister and it was a horrible decision. After a year of fumbling around all he managed to do was completely ruin the one thing that was most important to me in my case. I basically paid him to worsen my situation. Uninterested, unav...ailable, and quite frankly unworthy of your business. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this man, honestly don't even consider it.

He was referred to me by a business associate and said he was the best in Modesto. I'm not going to get in to the details of my case but after 2 years of going to court 1 or twice a month, I ended up realizing that this attorney is good friends with the district attorney. He never presented any docum...ents pertaining to my defense. After 2 years of court and thousands of dollars I had no choice but to agree to a deal that ended up screwing me over. I hope some of his high profile clients see this review because he will not work for you. He will get paid regardless if you win or lose your case. Sometimes he will not even show up to court and will end up getting rescheduled. Find a better attorney, you have been warned.

I hired this attorney because he was suppose to be one of the best and a fighter, but I found that he was interested in my money only. He charged me $500 for having a black box removed from a car that was all ready removed from impound and destroyed by the owner. Yet, he learned about it months later... after my father had figured out that the car was gone. He wanted to do things his way and would not respect my wishes. He finally dropped me as a client after I refused to pay an additional $3,000 for "his" expert instead of using my own, who was one of the best in the state. He insisted on receiving his money before he went on vacation with his teenage kids and wife. Right before he left on vacation, he called and dropped me as his client because he didn't get the money. If your not up for murder, don't use this guy! hes at the end of his care and has a young family so he is willing to take your money and use short cuts.
