David Caudra Rancano

David Rancaño is the founding attorney at Rancaño & Rancaño, APLC. An accomplished workers’ compensation and personal injury lawyer, he brings 30+ years of experience to his practice. At the firm, Attorney Rancaño handles complex workers’ compensation cases, including those involving denied claims and appeals. He has an impressive track record of success and is incredibly passionate about helping ordinary workers and everyday individuals recover the fair and rightful compensation they are owed.
Attorney Rancaño earned his bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in 1976 before going on to obtain his law degree from U.C. Hastings in 1983. He is admitted to practice in the state of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Court of California. Attorney Rancaño is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association of Justice.
