honestly, they got me the lowest settlement I’ve ever gotten. It was pretty insulting. To make matters worse they didn’t properly look over the paperwork before it was turned in and caused unnecessary delays to my money. This has drawn out for months, just trying to get the money from the settlement ...agreement which was back in September. As soon as I stated, I needed to settle basically the company just stopped working for me and really didn’t care anymore to help me with anything. They don’t answer any of my questions, all the information that I find is on the Internet and it’s not lining up with what they’re telling me. unfortunately, this is not a lawyer that you can trust and I found out the hard way. I will never be using this lawyer again for anything.

Everything is someone else's fault or responsibility. He was fired due to incompetence. He did nothing to benefit me these last 10+ years. No medical treatment, no psychiatric treatment. Fact. I was diagnosed with PTSD by Dr. Robyn Shaffer over 15 years ago. Fact. He and his associates neve...r made an effort to return a phone call or make an appointment with me, either in person or over the phone. Fact. Utterly incapable of passings Dr. Horner's recommendations to the insurance company, essentially wasting another 6+ months that could have been spent with my 8 year old son in Mexico. Fact. He alleges to have spent 400 hours, yet no benefit was extended to me in terms of going 1 year without work comp payments, and nothing had come to fruition due to his alleged time spent. Fact. I have to go to the ER once per month just to get my anti anxiety pills. He was unwilling to file any paperwork to get me to any kind of Dr. yet filed paperwork deeming that he deserves $160,000 for his alleged 400 hours of "service". Truly a gutless individual.
