I'm a broker/ property manager. I have used Mr. Rowe's services for years and he's never lost a case of mine! Sometimes deals are made, but we make sure that we get the best deal available. I will continue using his services. Once I had to use another lawyer because he's had some other dealings with ...the defendant. I still won but the process wasn't nearly as smooth.

I have left SEVERAL messages and explained my situation over and over and over to his staff and they have not made ANY attempt to help me resolve my situation. ALL I NEED IS A LETTER STATING I AM PAID IN FULL WHICH I SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER AND THEY RECEIVED SEPT. 19, 2014. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A DIFF...ICULT TIME COMPLETING THIS TASK! I called again this morning and his admin told me to call back after 2pm. Which she always tells me to call back and when I do, I have to leave a message. MY NEXT STEP IS CONTACTING THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON YELP AND BBB AND YELLOW PAGES explaining how disappointed I am. I WANT MY LETTER STATING I AM PAID IN FULL AND THE JUDGEMENT IS PAID IN FULL. I need to give this to housing, section 8 before they terminate me, I need to can get back on my feet and support my 3 children.

I have done unlawful detainer for over 30 years. I retired 2 year ago but still take care of my owners only. One of my owners lives out of the area and was not able to make the court date and Anthony Drew Rowe rep them and we got our eviction completed that day.
