Great performance for the Landlord
I have done unlawful detainer for over 30 years. I retired 2 year ago but still take care of my owners only. "slum" lawyer
this man seems to only represent "slumlords" he does not even bother reading the court documents until your name called! and do not bother trying to reach him by phone-I do not believe he knows how to use one. or even better it rings 15 times and tells you messages are full.

landlord
did nothing for me. Think he was the lawyer for the tenant I took to court. Went to court and didn't get to say one word. Made deals with the tenant without going it over with me. Over all I payed big bucks and got nothing but more problems. I would not recommend him to my emeny.
