I have left SEVERAL messages and explained my situation over and over and over to his staff and they have not made ANY attempt to help me resolve my situation. ALL I NEED IS A LETTER STATING I AM PAID IN FULL WHICH I SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER AND THEY RECEIVED SEPT. 19, 2014. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A DIFF...ICULT TIME COMPLETING THIS TASK! I called again this morning and his admin told me to call back after 2pm. Which she always tells me to call back and when I do, I have to leave a message. MY NEXT STEP IS CONTACTING THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON YELP AND BBB AND YELLOW PAGES explaining how disappointed I am. I WANT MY LETTER STATING I AM PAID IN FULL AND THE JUDGEMENT IS PAID IN FULL. I need to give this to housing, section 8 before they terminate me, I need to can get back on my feet and support my 3 children.
