I have to say that I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for Linsday. She is professional but still personable. She has been my attorney for a child custody issue. Child custody is such a delicate case but Linsday always came thru. She returns calls quickly and if there is ever an issue with anythi...ng she is on it. If I had to do it over again I would still choose Linsday to represent me and my case. I highly recommend Linsday.

First of all, I put attorneys up there with car salesman and snakes. My business is law enforcement, and I have had the opportunity to see many attorneys at work. The time came that I needed a family law attorney so I interviewed 3. Some charge for an initial consultation and some don't. I hate wasti...ng money, but I paid it. I came back to the firm that Lindsay worked for because of the initial interview I had with her. She listens and cares. She was honest about both, the good and the bad of my case. She takes her job seriously and very dedicated. I hired Lindsey, we developed a strategy and went to work. Now I thought that my case was simple, but it could have gone all wrong as I have witnessed before. Lindsay did her homework, found and reviewed "case law" specific to my case. We went to court twice with opposing counsel who was difficult and not going to move an inch. During the first hearing, Lindsay's preparation spoke for itself. The Judge was in support of our position with a favorable outcome, we didn't go to trial in large part was to Lindsay's work. The second part was not as easy and we went to trial. Lindsay prepared our case, asked the right questions and presented the facts. All attorneys are not created equal. The judge again ruled favorable for our side. I could not have asked for a better ruling. If you need a family law attorney, you owe it to yourself to hire the best. Lindsay did an excellent job handling my case. Even if the outcome would have been not as favorable to me, she took interest, was responsive and worked hard for me. Thank you for the service you provided for my family.
