From the very moment I called her office I had a pleasant experience! It seems to be a trend with law firms after reading several reviews that the front desk people are short and rude at law firms. However, every single call I made to her office i was pleasantly surprised that the front desk woman ac...tually sounded like she loved her job and wanted to help! It was a breath of fresh air. I was suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks due to my child custody case and being taunted by my child’s other parent, I was at risk of losing custody of my child… every parents worst nightmare. I knew I needed a lawyer right away because I wasn’t able to mentally handle the stress of representing myself to the claims that my child’s other parent was claiming. I previously had a lawyer who was clearly only worried about the money and brushed me off after getting my retainer. I started looking for another lawyer and had a consultation with Chantyl Vasquez, she was great and you could hear the genuineness in her tone, she was not able to take my case because she already had a hearing at the same time so she referred me to Lindsay. I was not able to talk to Lindsay right away which was fine because after speaking with Chantyl I knew I found the right firm, in addition to Lindsay having an extra credential in family law. The day after retaining services I spoke with Breanna (Lindsay’s paralegal), and she assisted with my response declaration, she was patient and knowledgeable. I was able to talk with Lindsay a few days prior to my court date to prepare. Lindsay heard me out, did research on claims, and prepared me for the best and worst case scenario. From the moment I was walking into the court house Lindsay called me to let me know she was there, she had already checked in with the clerk and there was new information and told me exactly where to meet her. She was in complete control from beginning to end. That made this entire situation so much easier, if your reading this you know the thought of you losing rights to your child is equivalent to having your heart ripped out of your chest. At no point was I wondering what was going to happen next, she kept me in the loop the entire time. She was assertive in the court room and with the petitioners attorney and did not back down, SHE IS FIERCE! From the moment I sat down with her I knew she came to win and my worries were out the window. She came to win and that’s exactly what she did! I cannot stress enough please do not waste your time with any other family attorney, she will represent you and fight for you like she is there for her own child. I also want to mention I was able to watch Chantyl in action prior to my hearing and she is a amazing too. I really had to hold back from hugging Lindsay she handled my case so flawlessly. I cannot thank her enough!

Lindsay has been a wonderful help to me throughout the divorce proceedings. She arrived 25 minutes early for my court date. Was constantly trying to move the process along with regards to the opposition. She told me everything I needed to do ahead of time and kept me calm when I needed it most.
