I was extremely impressed on my first visit. my specific needs were discussed and agreed upon. Little to no contact with Dianne afterward. After retaining, in my opinion, contact became increasingly distant and difficult, the receptionist was unhelpful (grumpy!), calls often not returned, and acti...ons seemed rather lackluster. I was surprised and very dissatisfied with the outcome. I never felt I was being aggressively represented, as it certainly seemed I’d been led to expect. We had a strong case, that seemed poorly presented. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm in good conscience.

My friend referred me to you Dianne for child custody. She didn't do anything for me. I was being billed left and right every now and then they will call me to say I have pending bill. She compromised my case with my opponent attorney Erica Bansmer I guess they have a code going on. She did not do no...thing for me, instead she screwed me up allowing the other attorney to take charge. I still feel they should return my money. Don't waste your money, especially if you are minority. We are nor represented in that office. The secretary will look at you as if you shitted on yourself and your way out, she is billing you. It was a scam.

she acts like she is going to help you then on the day of court she send her staff members who are not knowledgeable and do not even seem to know what is going on so then the opposing lawyer wins and you are screwed when opposing counsel asks for pendente lite spousal support the 2 girls she sent t...o represent me looked at each ad did not even know what that was so I got taken advantage of they did not have the law book on the table to even look it up to see what they were talking about so do not hire this firm unless you want to be mis represented and pay high dollar for without results

I needed the best for my divorce/custody . What I got was an attorney that had no interest in what was best for my children, returning phone calls ( even if I had a court date) there was never any preparation on her part until the morning of court. She mostly sends colleagues to represent me and I w...as never told ahead time. She never presented the huge amount of evidence she was supplied. I was told on two occasions third parties were being hired to determine hidden assets which never happened in the years it took to finalize our case. After spending tens of thousands of dollars, it was the most emotionally and financially draining experience. I hired an attorney to avoid just that. It was as if she was there to please opposing council and my drug addicted ex. She pretty much gave my ex half custody of our children who are now in counciling. I've retained another attorney who was dumbfounded by the notes I had to support my experience. She got me divorced, at my children's expense.

I was given high recommendations about Dianne. I thought I give her a chance. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. She seemed aggressive, responsive and I was impressed at the efficiency up until divorce judgement. However, there was still more work to do to follow up on the court orde...r and that's when her exceptional effort went to poor. I blame her support staff as I am guessing "she turns them loose." I spoke to a staff member and told me they sent all paper work to the court and was chastisied for rushing them. Months later I checked with court directly and they said staff didn't send them anything. I asked staff again and they admitted to nothing and no apology. They just said will "resubmit" it and asked me for documents that should of been asked for originally. It's been a year after judgement and still no follow through by staff and unfortuantely now Dianne. I am already paid up and consider some of the money "wasted". Hence, if I had to do it over I would of not chosen Dianne as did not get a solid effort from start to finish. I feel she does not have the support staff to complement her or she at least has to make them accountable for their shortcomings. I had high hopes when first hiring Dianne and never would of thought I be so disappionted.
