Great sales presentation; disappointing, distant follow-through.
I was extremely impressed on my first visit. my specific needs were discussed and agreed upon. Little to no contact with Dianne afterward. After retaining, in my opinion, contact became increasingly distant and difficult, the receptionist was unhelpful (grumpy!), calls often not returned, and acti...

waste of money
My friend referred me to you Dianne for child custody. She didn't do anything for me. I was being billed left and right every now and then they will call me to say I have pending bill. Don't expect much other than spending needless amounts of money, on an attorney that has no interest in what your going through
I needed the best for my divorce/custody . What I got was an attorney that had no interest in what was best for my children, returning phone calls ( even if I had a court date) there was never any preparation on her part until the morning of court. She mostly sends colleagues to represent me and I w...

Great knowledge but lacks follow through and commitment
I was given high recommendations about Dianne. I thought I give her a chance. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. She seemed aggressive, responsive and I was impressed at the efficiency up until divorce judgement. However, there was still more work to do to follow up on the court orde...
