Realistic approach

When you have been wronged by an employer it can be difficult to remain realistic on what you deserve (compensation) and the punishment they should receive. John and his team explain the laws broken and proper damages. His communication was excellent whether it was what I wanted to hear or not so I h...ad realistic expectations. I feel they fought for me as best they could and got me what seemed appropriate for my case. I feel confident in their abilities and would definitely trust them if I needed their services again.

Mr. Briscoe sets the bar (no pun intended) of what an attorney should be. I didn’t know of any attorneys’ within my family or friends regarding the field of sexual harassment. I didn’t have the funds to hire an attorney and found Mr. Briscoe’s on the website, NOLO.com. He was prompt in responding to ...my initial inquiries. Based on the information provided, Mr. Briscoe explained the procedures, conditions for recovery & damages, etc. in a manner for individuals that don’t have a legal/litigation background. He explained there are many factors that are out of an attorney’s control and there are no guarantees on the outcome. Mr. Briscoe explanations gave me a better perspective on the legal process. As such, I could focus on finding the resources/support for the mental, emotional, financial issues that occur as a result of this unfortunate situation. Mr. Briscoe always followed up in a timely manner and professionally. He provided me with responses and requested for any clarifications, edits, etc. While I didn’t understand legal words, I appreciated that Mr. Briscoe, Lindsay Riley, as well as his staff gave me the opportunity for review and kept me in the loop at all times. Just like a couture dress, each claim is different and no two are alike, with multiple fittings that requires ongoing communication and understanding from both parties. As such, I’m not comfortable discussing specifics about my claim, outcome, etc. However, the level of professionalism, follow through, communication and treatment from Mr. Briscoe & staff, I feel would be treated in the same manner. This level of service and value is something that I didn’t expect from an attorney working on contingency.

John Briscoe helped me with issues i had at my old work place . He was very understanding and thorough. He explained a lot to me and made sure i knew every step that was happening. I would highly recommend him. He knows his laws & He gets to the point !
