Epitome of professionalism

In the beginning, I didn't really know where or how to start the process. I went to a website for finding legal help. John was among the dozens of names of attorneys that would see my request. He was the first to respond. Not the only, but the first. I didn't want to just jump at the first. I ...spoke with him an said I'd follow up with him. Among the others that came in, in the next few days, my choice became more and more clear that John Briscoe was the best choice, and I still feel that way. Personal, professional, efficient and effective. In the few times I had questions, he was Always quick to respond to my emails. I never felt like he was distracted or preoccupied when talking to him on the phone or through email correspondences. Choose wisely when needing legal help. Choose John Briscoe and his associates!

Honest, Kind, and Helpful

I was put in a bit of a tricky situation at work and had no idea what my next step was or what my rights were. John was recommended and called back immediately. Satisfied Client

I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. I was on the internet looking for someone to assist me with a wrongful termination and was matched with Mr. Briscoe. I explained the details of what happened and he took my case. Mr. Briscoe explained the process of Arbitration and that it could be a lengt...hy. If I had questions and didn’t understand the verbiage he took the time to explain. Mr. Briscoe worked diligently on my case. I am please with the outcome and would highly recommend Mr. Briscoe.

Mr. Briscoe sets the bar (no pun intended) of what an attorney should be. I didn’t know of any attorneys’ within my family or friends regarding the field of sexual harassment. I didn’t have the funds to hire an attorney and found Mr. Briscoe’s on the website, NOLO.com. He was prompt in responding to ...my initial inquiries. Based on the information provided, Mr. Briscoe explained the procedures, conditions for recovery & damages, etc. in a manner for individuals that don’t have a legal/litigation background. He explained there are many factors that are out of an attorney’s control and there are no guarantees on the outcome. Mr. Briscoe explanations gave me a better perspective on the legal process. As such, I could focus on finding the resources/support for the mental, emotional, financial issues that occur as a result of this unfortunate situation. Mr. Briscoe always followed up in a timely manner and professionally. He provided me with responses and requested for any clarifications, edits, etc. While I didn’t understand legal words, I appreciated that Mr. Briscoe, Lindsay Riley, as well as his staff gave me the opportunity for review and kept me in the loop at all times. Just like a couture dress, each claim is different and no two are alike, with multiple fittings that requires ongoing communication and understanding from both parties. As such, I’m not comfortable discussing specifics about my claim, outcome, etc. However, the level of professionalism, follow through, communication and treatment from Mr. Briscoe & staff, I feel would be treated in the same manner. This level of service and value is something that I didn’t expect from an attorney working on contingency.
