I have filed my case from year of 2013 still Julie Smith did not solve any of issue with my ex-husband. Leaving messages and sending emails are not useful because she or her assistance Laticia never answer calls. I am not happy with service that Juile Smith have providing yet. I have paid her one tho...usand and two hundred for fees and I have not even receive my divorce paper. Please never wast your money for this type of person who never call back, never response to email, never have time. This was not my lawyer from day 1 one. But when the lawyer who was hired was change to Julie Smith and couldn't understand what happen. I am still waiting and what surprise I went to meet with in Oct of 2019 and she never spoke about my issues, Julie Smith was taking side for ex-husband than talking for me.

She no showed me on court dates. Messed up paperwork within the courts. Including my name during a divorce. Doesnt return phone calls. Over a year & a half later the lawyer will be getting a summons in small claims for breach of contract. Left me without financial support for my children & no real cu...stody/holiday schedule. She was in court for other clients on a day she failed to appear in my case & blatantly ignored me to the point of avoiding eye contact. Filed wrong paperwork more than once. Which made the judge upset.

She was absolutely unprofeshinal, NOT PREPARED, Didn't seem to energetic in going after obvious things, never kept me informed and so much more! She gave me the wrong court time, I was supposed to be there at 8:15am, she told me 2:15 p.m. and she waited till 10:30 a.m. to call me and ask if I was co...ming to court! Then we go into court and the judge starts to ask questions, she didn't even bring my file! She never forgot to inform me of how much I owed her though. She sucked $3,000.00 from me and showed up for 3 ,5-10 mins. of court and never filed anything I asked her to. I have very little Faith in the justice system as it is, but I have no Faith in her! I would Highly NOT RECOMEND her.
