She was absolutely unprofeshinal, NOT PREPARED, Didn't seem to energetic in going after obvious things, never kept me informed and so much more! She gave me the wrong court time, I was supposed to be there at 8:15am, she told me 2:15 p.m. and she waited till 10:30 a.m. to call me and ask if I was co...ming to court! Then we go into court and the judge starts to ask questions, she didn't even bring my file! She never forgot to inform me of how much I owed her though. She sucked $3,000.00 from me and showed up for 3 ,5-10 mins. of court and never filed anything I asked her to. I have very little Faith in the justice system as it is, but I have no Faith in her! I would Highly NOT RECOMEND her.

Julie Smith (failed)representing me in court. She went against my judgment and put a total psycopath on the stand who had nothing to do with the case rather than who i requested. She seemed to be unknowledgable in what she was doing. And it appeared as if she was the butt of all jokes in the courtroo...m. I do not reccomend Julie smith- I am still today, 6 years later, dealing with the problems caused by her failure to represent me properly in court!

Julie Smith was instrumental to the reversal of the 6 years of legal hell for myself and my kids in the family law court here in Stockton. She was very helpful in all the areas that I was previously unable to take care of on my own in court. Julie was a calming and solid presence in mediation as well.... With her help, I won my case.
