I can’t thank Mr Tuitavuki enough for helping my son. I went to see Mr Tuitavuki at 11 am for a consultation appt. I hired him by 12 pm and Tim was in court in Manteca by 1:30 pm. I had never hired an attorney before but my son was facing prison time. Tim restored my faith that are some people in th...is world still that honestly care about their jobs not just about the money. Tim has not been responding to any of my emails, phone calls/messages/text messages, or meeting appointments. He has ignored me for the past 4 months, without giving me an update on my divorce case. He’s missed a total of 3 scheduled phone meetings with no-shows, I even called his phone during those ...scheduled times without an answer. Tim never stated why those appointments were missed and his secretary was also unable to tell me why. This last scheduled meeting, I called and emailed to confirm before driving to his office. He needed to reschedule our latest in-person meeting day of, (2hrs before our meeting) but his secretary couldn’t reschedule because she didn’t have his calendar. She couldn’t provide with why it needed to be rescheduled. I took time off of work for this scheduled meeting. I was told I’d get a call this week to reschedule something but there still has been nothing. The final documents were signed by my ex and myself 7 months ago. I was told by Tim that they were submitted to the courts that same week. I’ve called his office everyday, on every hour, for 3 weeks and still haven’t received an update. I hired Tim to help me with my divorce case, but he’s only been making it harder. This interaction, or there lack of, with Tim has been worst than communicating to my ex about the divorce.
