He was appointed to my husband's case. He insisted my husband take a plea deal based on his appearance (heavily-tattooed). Mr. Humphrey failed to respond to phone calls, letters, and voicemails. Mr. Humphrey then went to San Joaquin County and lied to the judge, telling him my husband waived his r...ight to appear. This was a lie. My husband specifically requested the contrary. My husband has served his base term and is now only serving enhancements - enhancements that would have easily been dropped based on post-conviction factors. If my husband had any other lawyer, he would be going home to his wife and babies.

My family and I hired Mr. Humphrey for my brother's criminal case. It was a very serious case. We were very well pleased with the way he handled the case. He was really on top of it. I hired this attorney over three years ago. He's a fake. I never heard back from his firm. My case was transferred to another attorney in the firm which I heard back from. Have not heard anything in over three years. These people are scumbag fakes. Going to look into during them for malpractice. They... are not ethical nor following legal guidelines.
