Poor communicator

I was a client of Mr Hogan. He never returned my phone calls. Mr. Hogan’s admin assistant handled all communications. My input and questions were ignored ,and in fact carol lied to me. I had to terminate representation and Mr Hogan who I didn’t know , filed a lien.

Poor Communicator

I hired Patrick J. Hogan to represent me in a legal case. He did not keep me up to date on the progress of my case. Any time I had questions, he would not return my phone calls or emails for at least 1-2 weeks. He also seems very inexperienced and bites off way more than he can chew. Be cautious ...and explore other options before hiring Mr. Hogan. If I could do it all over again, I would have never had Patrick Hogan represent me legally.

I am sorry to hear this. I track each call that comes into the system and make sure to call back within 48 hours. I take communication seriously. Unfortunately, because you did not indicate who you are, I have no way to verify your problem or fix it. I am not aware of any client that was not called back within the 48 hour timeframe.
