I’m vulnerable have been for years! I don’t trust anyone easily! I didn’t even trust Kathy at first! She is not intimidating like other attorneys she comes off like a sister talking about her every day life. she is however brutally honest weather or not you wanna hear it. She’ll prepare you and yet t...reat you like a family support but gave you the reality of outcomes! But regardless of reality of outcomes she’ll fight for your outcome you want. I had her for a while finnaly I went before a judge because I didn’t agree to mediator and she is proud I did that! She prepared me for the worst but her aggressiveness in the court room and her knowledge was like watching a 360 turn around from the happy like family member that I thought wasn’t to serious about my case to marking the judge question her own thoughts. I didn’t even have to speak and just watching the facial expressions of eve tone I felt at ease. She didn’t let me g we intimidate din a court room she didn’t let people use me or abuse me. She is a family member outside of court room but the moment she face to face with a judge she goes hard very hard and makes the judge look closely to every aspect! Not only that she is so reasonably priced! I couldn’t ask for a better attorney! The times she calmed my adhd brain in spiral to where she was my only support at court because family couldn’t go and the ooposing side would make loud remarks of how I looked and how Im doing this or that that are not true. She kept me level headed. I hired her not because I don’t know know what to say but the fact that under pressure I can’t say things correctly plus I’m hard of hearing and I collapse under pressure. She did little things that I look back on now that truley helped me like time my anxiety would rush she would compliment me and I’d ignore it keep going she tell me to shush to compliment me again and make sure I under stand what she is saying even tho it may seem silly at the moment. She kept me grounded and that’s hard to do for someone with adhd and extreme anxiety who can’t stop thinking of the worst! I’ll forever recommend her!

I am not going to get into my story, as it is still being illustrated. However, Miss Lynn did change the front cover of it. It used to be plain, black and white, fairly jumbled...today, its full of color, and carefully orchestrated. I went to many, MANY, different lawyers about my situation and every... one of them said you've already got what others don't, rock that boat and your going to sink. Kathy Lynn found me after I posted requesting a lawyer online, we met and I explained to her what I've explained to other lawyers countless times. In so many words, her reply was, put your helmet on kid, its going to be a bumpy ride, I cant promise you 100% the outcome, but we are going forward, straight ahead, full steam, full throttle, no turning back, chin up, now PUNCH IT! And that's just what we did, if you are leaning the wrong direction shell set you straight, if you fall right off, shell through you back on, cinch your saddle, and say hold on dummy! These are rare qualities other lawyers just don't possess and fail to portray. The majority of lawyers will take you to fight anything as long as they are bringing money in. Kathy Lynn will lay it out flat and simple and give you the pros and cons. Of Corse she wants to get paid as well..but funny enough, that is not the first, second, or third topic she'll bring up. Money is in the background, you are on the front cover, BUT DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT! She's not a cheap lawyer, but she is affordable, less expensive than most, and she is MUCH more than what you will actually pay for. Not only is she our lawyer, we see her as part of our family, a member of our team, and a huge asset at that! If your in search for Big Guns, we suggest Miss Kathy Lynn, she's our secret weapon and she wont hold back! And just for the record, incase you could not gather it from this review, our ongoing experiences with her have been and will continue to be a huge success! Good Luck!
