Brian is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about his work. I was placed in a very unfamiliar situation and I was glad to have been referred to him. He handled every detail and I never had to worry about having my case in his hands or worry about not getting a great outcome. I had multiple charges that I was fighting, I contacted Brian's office from out of state. He was able to get everything dismissed. I was basically facing a charge from 12 years ago that i did not know was there and had another charge i knew was there.. he got all of that thrown out plus my old outstanding obligation was even dismissed, so that was basically a bonus.. He did what he said he would and I am free now. I have 3 kids and work for the government, I need to provide for them and be able to obtain/maintain my security clearance, and now I can. Thanks Brian Note to evryone: this was my 3rd dv conviction, even though everytime was under false pretence, i still had 2 prior convictions and he still helped me. I contacted Mr Lafferty to help with my son’s issue in CA. I quickly reviewed on line attorney sites since I am out of state and selected Brian after trying to work with a couple other lawyers. Brian was willing to get right on the case. My son was just passing through the area and was robbed, he knocked on a door for help and the police arrested him. Charges were not filed and Brian got him out of jail, purchased a bus ticket to get him home and feed him - going the extra mile. He returned part of the retainer after the case did not proceed.
