I was involved in an auto accident in 2018. A few months after, I had an issue with the at fault parties' insurance carrier - they claimed I was at fault. Fuming and irate, I called Mr. Tran immediately and explained the situation. He promptly took action and corrected the mistake. In summary, Mr. Tran handled all the communication between the other parties insurance, chiropractor, and my own carrier. My engagement was minimal other than updates and communicating with Mr. Tran. All paperwork with him was digital, quick, and frustration free. I greatly appreciate the transparency, professionalism, and no nonsense attitude along with the genuine concern to get my case handled correctly and compassionately.
