He promptly took action and corrected the mistake. In summary, Mr. Tran handled all the communication between the other parties insurance, chiropractor, and my own carrier. My engagement was minimal other than updates and communicating with Mr. Tran. All paperwork with him was digital, quick, and frustration free.
