Catherine Ann Wiehe

Catherine was my accountant for a protracted, contentious 5-year long divorce. She and her husband, Jon, worked as a team. They were a breath of fresh air, as they were the only ones in the entire affair who were not greedy. They did their work with integrity, and they went out of their way to look... for things that would benefit me. Unlike the lawyers, who nickled-and-dimed me to death, Catherine kept focus on the big picture and didn't charge me for every little thing. She was honest and straight-up with me, letting me know which claims were worth fighting for. Also unlike the lawyers, she made me feel like I was a priority. She worked late nights and weekends when necessary. She was accessible and responsive. When my husband gave me a 200-page accountant's report a few days before Labor Day and just one week before our hearing, Catherine made time over the Labor Day weekend to prepare for the case. Though I was not always happy with things, I came to realize over the years that that was more due to the nature of the bitter war and not any fault of hers . She and Jon were able to show me that while always treating me with the utmost respect. My ordeal is now finally over, and I believe the outcome was a fair one.
