I would very very highly recommend Mr. Gustafson for any collections/loan disputes and he is very professional and knowledgeable in various aspects of the law and legal nuances in advocating for you in the courts and in arbitration. Mr. Gustafson was instrumental in collecting an amount that was very... substantial running into hundreds of thousands of dollars despite lack of proper documentation etc. The case took almost 5 years, but Mr. Gustafson was able to bring it to a successful conclusion and all the money owed plus interest and fees due was paid. Mr. Gustafson's legal acumen is phenomenal and I will retain him 110% if a similar situation arises. In October of 2009 we were referred to William Gustafson by a friend who had had a case with Mr. Gustafson and had been impressed by his integrity and thoroughness. At that point we had already been trying for 4 1/2 years to have a business loan repaid. We had worked through 3 attorneys without su...ccess. After a half hour phone call Mr. Gustafson did some investigating, believed the resources were available to repay us and gave us the opportunity to hire him. Although the whole process took an additional three years, this January, 2013, we received the final payment of our loan, all of our attorney fees for eight years and a portion of the interest promised in the loan!
