If I could give Bill Gustafson 10 stars, I would. Bill’s knowledge, creativity, persuasive techniques and authoritative demeanor is why I have been successful in collecting on my judgment. My case was a complicated one in which I needed to obtain a judgment in one state before I could collect in ...a different state. Before consulting Bill about my situation, I was pretty sure I was never going to see a dime of the money I had loaned to a friend. I had a million questions on what my legal rights were, what the laws were, what to do next and how to get started. I found Bill online and started asking him questions. Before I ever paid Bill a cent, he gave ideas on what I could do, answered every question I had and consulted with me for months before I was even able to retain his services to begin the collection portion of my judgment. Bill was straightforward about the laws and all the issues we may run into along the way. He couldn’t guarantee I would be able to retrieve the money I had loaned but we had a shot. I could tell from my communication with Bill that he was determined to do whatever he could to help me and he was going to be well worth his hourly rate. You get what you pay for. I retained Bill and his persuasive techniques have resulted in my collecting close to $100K, attorney fees, court costs and interest on my judgment. There have been bumps along the way as the defendant has tried to get out of paying me back but Bill has headed them off with court filings and prompt attention to whatever matter popped up. In October of 2009 we were referred to William Gustafson by a friend who had had a case with Mr. Gustafson and had been impressed by his integrity and thoroughness.
