I have being a long time client of Attorney Vi K Tran, The Law Offices of Vi K Tran has helped me in the process of Bankruptcy back in 2010. Attorney Vi is very professional, responsible, and honest, I can trust and rely on her, she was really clever with regard to my bankruptcy case in every sing...le step of the process. Me and my family always will be grateful to her, because she saved our house. I highly recommend The Law offices of Vi K Tran to my friends and relatives.

She represented me in a lawsuit in Santa Clara superior court. She is the most incompetent, unethical and unprofessional lawyer that I had dealt in my life. She deliberately withheld communications from the opposing counsel from me and deliberately did not show up in the court for a motion against me... in the court.

We hired Ms. Tran as our attorney for a breach of contract matter for our corporation. She failed to inform us that she has very limited experience in handling motions etc. She cannot properly write motions which will lead to them getting denied. She is also very unprofessional in her conduct as she ...fails to inform the client about tentative rulings, their impact on the case. Also in our situation she failed to even appear in court which lead to our motion getting denied due to lack of representation. She claims that she was sick but when we checked the court docket she had made a few appearances after our case later that day. She doesn't really care about the client but just takes on all the cases so that it appears she is a very popular lawyer. She cannot and will not handle them with the care and diligence that is required and you will land up losing by default.

I hired this attorney for a bankruptcy filing case and not only did she not have the knowledge to do so my case got thrown out because of her. I was forced to hire another attorney immediately. Not only did she show no empathy she was never diligent about the filings and very careless. Don't get your... case thrown out because of her incompetence

Katie handled our bankruptcy with respect and diligence. She ensured we knew all options, and explained the ones we didn't follow. In court, she was far more competent than the other lawyers; had all our t's crossed and i's dotted, unlike the other lawyers present. I don't recommend banruptcy, but I ...do recommend Katie.
