Robert Kelly Collins

I believe Mr. Collins sat on my case and waited for the Insurance to just pay. He didn't go through the negotiations process and pretty much sat back & waited. I was promised things and never received them stating the law now changed. Mr. Collins also sent me for a mandatory physical exam by a worker... comp. doctor whom then tried to blame me for the personal injury. Mr. Collins apologized stating it was his fault in sending me to that MD instead of choosing his own. He is personable, kind, and attentive, & returns calls. Once your claim has settled and need further assistance RE: insurance not paying remainder of claims as promised he doesn't respond to your calls. If your looking for a quick buck than call him!
