Nicole and her staff are exemplary, a guiding light in a dark time.

I just want to start of by saying thank you to Nicole and Malinda for everything they have done for me and my case. Everyone knows that it's never a good situation when you have to turn to an attorney for resolution to a matter. As if the situation itself isn't hard enough, the last thing someone w...ants to do in a time of grief, is worry about who they can trust to represent them. I don't really do the whole internet review thing, but in this case I feel it is necessary. I was going through a rough family court issue involving my son. I didn't know exactly what to do or how to start the process, so after much research and consideration, I gave The offices of Nicole Aeschleman a call. The phone was answered by Malinda, she was very sweet, pleasant, and professional, as she asked me to explain as best I could, the situation at hand. For the first time I felt like I had a voice. Malinda really listened intently and asked detailed questions that reassured me she understood where I was coming from. After the conversation I scheduled a time to meet with Nicole. I still cannot believe the comfort and ease of the conversation and how pleasant the start of this process was. Fast forward to my scheduled appointment. I was warmly greeted by Malinda at the front desk, and immediately brought to the back to Nicole's office. Nicole was very kind and welcoming as she listened to my story. From that point on, she offered great legal insight and guided me in the direction I needed to go. Nicole's professionalism was admirable, and her knowledge of the process and ways to aid me were exactly what I needed to finally feel peace. When going through rough legal matters, anyone who has been there knows a little bit of peace can be priceless. From the beginning to the end, I was informed of the process, and steps to come. In the fight for my child I needed all the help I could get, and I am thankful I was led in this direction. Nicole helped me get custody of my son, and gave me a foothold in my case. I could not have asked for any better service, or representation. Thank you again Nicole and Malinda, words cannot describe my appreciation. I will always use your office, and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Child custody case

I cannot speak too highly about Nicole Aeschleman and her team. Nicole is very reasonable and will try to negotiate a settlement without having to fight in court. However, if the other party does not want to negotiate, as was what happened in my case, she will (and did) fight very hard for you. In ...my case, it was a child custody issue. Without going into the complications and many twists and turns that my case took, Nicole and her team (Tristan and Malinda) were there every step of the way. The result was that I got close to 50/50. It is hard to put it into words, but what I ended up getting is set for life, and worth every penny. It is worth mentioning though that in my case, because Nicole fought for me, the judge went against what the mediator recommended (which was not to give me additional time with my child until he was a little older)...the judge gave me that additional time now because she saw that it was necessary for me to have that additional time, now. And it was because of Nicole fighting for me that I got it. I highly highly recommend that you use the law firm of Nicole Aeschleman in whatever aspect of family law that you need. I am a father of a 2 year old son, and I am forever grateful for the groundwork that has been paved for me...now I can enjoy my son and have the time that is absolutely essential. Thank you!

Fantastic Lawyer

Nicole helped me win a domestic violence ruling for which we went to trial and also working on legal procedures to undergo a divorce. Working with Nicole during the preparation for the case, I found her to extremely compassionate and sensitive to not only my needs but to my entire family’s need wh...o were facing retaliation from my spouse’s family. Nicole was very balanced and always thought ahead for a situation, during the trial, however I saw that she was aggressive without being overly dramatic, she was always looked calm, confident and in control of the situation (which is probably because of the amount of preparation and the due diligence that Nicole put in). Nicole was a thorough professional and was very dedicated to my case. I will recommend Nicole to everyone who is looking for a lawyer who looking out for the needs of the client and not just turning a profit. She is willing to do the right thing, and sometimes she will even protect you from your own actions, she will not just say what you want to hear but ensure that your position comes out the strongest in front of the judge.

Great lawyer

6 years ago I had a bad lawyer who was helping my EX-HUSBAND against me by getting money from him and I lost the case. I was really sad because there is no place for justice on earth. Because of my childrens I had to find a lawyer (Human)who I can trust and can understand my hard case. Then... I met Nicole 2 years ago to help me in my hard case , divorce, child custody, child support , ...etc. First time I met with her she was clear and she explained every thing about my case and what we can do. She new from the begining that I am telling the truth and my EX was playing games . This is what I was looking for , a lawyer who can see the truth and work with it. She worked very hard and I got full custody of my childrens , also with domistic violence she prevent visitation to protect my childrens from the harm that they had from there father. Nicole she look at each document and think about it and find out if there is trick behind that document. Also she is very sensitive , most of the time you can see tears in her eyes when I tell her more about my case. This tears make her strong to fight for justice . Nicole ike any other lawyers she is looking for income, but when it comes to hard situation she thinks about the case and forget about the money . I saw this in my case, I am low income and I have disabled child and i have no family in USA . Until now Nicole she works on my case , hope we can proof every thing and finish the case and I am sure she is going to do it. Even if my case is done , Nicole will be my sister and close freind that I even trust her on my childrens

Train wreck - complete waste of time and money!

Unfortunately, Nicole scrambled at the last minute to prepare for my big day. I showed up to court, and she failed to submit my statement on time for the judge to go over our case. Even OC from a different county submitted the week before. Then she told me after the botched court date all her reve...lations, which was not helpful at all after the fact. After an embarrassing train wreck of a court date, I switched to a new lawyer who was able to settle my case swiftly, empathetically, professionally - without having to go back to court. Literally, achieved nothing with Nicole except for negatively impacting my case. It's a shame that I threw away so much money that could have gone towards my kid when we could have settled out of court.
