Always impressed with my interactions with everyone at Aeschleman Law. They are kind, caring and practical minded and they provide a great team approach to handling the demands of their clients and cases. The attorneys (Nicole, Mike, Robert and Katie) are knowledgeable and thorough in their wor...k and are always sure to examine all possible scenarios and are very well prepared for whatever comes their way and able to pivot when necessary. Nicole is particularly good at thinking outside the box and I have also found her to be mindful of the fees clients incur in their cases, she is considerate and resourceful in that regard. For example, when appropriate she has one of the paralegals (The Wendys) step in and assist the attorneys at their lower billing rate - that often saves clients significant amounts in fees. It’s clearly a priority for them that their clients to feel protected and well looked after in both the legal aspects of their case and in day-to-day communications with support staff - The Wendys are great and always available and helpful. Being in a situation of needing to hire a family law attorney is no fun, so it sure makes such a difference when going through unfortunate and difficult times to have a strong team on your side!

Aeschleman Law is a very good law firm. They got me 50/50 custody and a fair time share with my son. Her team is very experienced at what they do. Nicole is very smart at Family law. I just want to start of by saying thank you to Nicole and Malinda for everything they have done for me and my case. Everyone knows that it's never a good situation when you have to turn to an attorney for resolution to a matter. As if the situation itself isn't hard enough, the last thing someone w...ants to do in a time of grief, is worry about who they can trust to represent them. I don't really do the whole internet review thing, but in this case I feel it is necessary. I was going through a rough family court issue involving my son. I didn't know exactly what to do or how to start the process, so after much research and consideration, I gave The offices of Nicole Aeschleman a call. The phone was answered by Malinda, she was very sweet, pleasant, and professional, as she asked me to explain as best I could, the situation at hand. For the first time I felt like I had a voice. Malinda really listened intently and asked detailed questions that reassured me she understood where I was coming from. After the conversation I scheduled a time to meet with Nicole. I still cannot believe the comfort and ease of the conversation and how pleasant the start of this process was. Fast forward to my scheduled appointment.
