I met with a few different attorneys about the possibility of filing bankruptcy before I landed with Fuller Law and Joyce Lau. Fuller Law because I had been led to believe that I needed to file chapter 11 which is much more complex and expensive than chapter 13. The trustee raised objections and it took a long time for my plan to be formally approved but Joyce helped me understand what was going on and to trust that it would all work out. It did and my plan is now approved and I can now look forward to coming out on the other end of this very difficult time. I could not be happier with the results Joyce has provided and would absolutely recommend her and the Fuller firm to anyone facing the painful decision to consider personal bankruptcy.
