Mazarin A Vakharia

Mazarin Vakharia is an experienced attorney who has represented a wide variety of inviduals and businesses, including homeowners associations, public entities, real estate developers, churches, and professional corporations. Mazarin advises clients in a number of areas, including planning and zoning law, as well as Public Records Act compliance, the Brown Act, and police matters. She has significant experience in drafting and amending ordinances, resolutions, policies and procedures, reviewing and advising on documents prepared for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and drafting and negotiating contracts and service agreements. She is an active participant in the League of California Cities and serves on the editorial board for the Municipal Law Handbook.  Prior to starting her own law practice, Mazarin worked at Berliner Cohen LLP and the national law firm of Gordon & Rees.
