Bad business and professional Ethics
I specifically asked for a Demand letter to a property owner. I advanced $800 to cover consult and time and just in case funds with the agreement unused funds would be returned. Two weeks later I recieved a draft letter that was NOT a demand letter but an invitation for contact. I terminated services...
