Biography
Calvin S. Louie, a founding member of the firm, began his practice in 1980, in the areas of immigration, tort litigation emphasizing personal injury cases, and criminal defense. Prior to opening his own law practice, Calvin had worked extensively with legal aid offices where he developed a strong commitment to representing people with various backgrounds in our diverse communities. He has extensive experience in litigation involving family, civil, personal injury and criminal cases, in both jury trials and court trials.

Marriage of long duration ending
I found Mr. Louie to be to the point with sound advice. He was generous with his time & I appreciated his kindness and concern for me. Divorce is highly emotional, especially for a marriage of 35 years plus -- he kept me focused on what was best for me.

Great phone screen
Calvin was very personable. He understood my situation and provided advice that made sense. He was very knowledgable and I never felt rushed on the phone with him meaning he took the time explain my options in detail.
