Natalie Deprile is an experienced and assertive attorney, and I initially appreciated her confidence and aggressive style. However, my overall experience with her was disappointing because of her controlling approach and inconsistency in representation. At one point, she told me directly that if I... didn’t sign a stipulation — which would have given away some of my legal rights — she would no longer represent me. I chose not to follow that advice, and the judge later granted me legal custody. After that, she became much less involved in my case, even though she technically remained my attorney of record. Most of the ongoing work was handled by her associate, Ben House, who was clearly less experienced. Whenever I tried to bring Natalie back to lead, she said she was too busy with other clients. Despite that, my invoices often showed charges as if she had been actively consulting on the case, which didn’t align with my actual experience. To make matters worse, the firm later billed me incorrectly, saying it was a mix-up with another client with a similar name. Although they refunded the charge, it reflected a lack of attention and added to the overall frustration. In my opinion, Natalie is skilled but can be overly controlling and may walk away if you don’t follow her direction exactly. She’s strong in court, but reliability and client communication were major issues for me.

Natalie was amazing to work with. She fought for me throughout the divorce process. She was understanding, comforting and she was on top of things from the very beginning. After 7 years and 3 other lawyers that didn’t get much done, she had my divorce done in record time. I wish I found her from the ...from the get go. I would have saved myself a lot of money.
