Not only would I not recommend this man, I would warn against him anyone thinking of using him. I would not hire this man to represent my hamster! He has no respect, he is biligerent, he does not follow his own cases, letting them get out of hand enough that the client pays the price for his negligen...ce. if only his abilities matched his over inflated ego. He represented me in a case where 2 cars hit me, that means two insurance pockets to pick, but did not manage the case. He asked for detailed and expensive medical reports before necessary surgeries had been performed, making them useless. I was badly injured, had to have surgery, and because he neglected to oversee all of the doctors involved, my case became one lost in the system.. Oh, he got his money, to be sure, over $2,000, but I can no longer work, have to have expensive pain injections, physcial therapy for the rest of my life, the whopping $5,000. he got me were gone with 1 injection. Of all the "fake" insurance scam money people get when they are not even really hurt, I was genuinely injured and I couldn't even get what scam artists get., that's how good a lawyer Mr. Timothy Gill is. I am not being hostile, I'm being truthful, look it up! I fired him, but he still got paid! I really got screwed on this one! The other lawyer I hired was just as useless. I've asked around about him, most said they'd cross the street if they saw him coming, many "in the biz" have no use for him, they just don't want on his bad side, is there any other? Remember folks our politicians come out of this batch of honest hardworking wizards of words and count on you being stupid.
